Hongqi is a Chinese luxury car brand owned by the automaker FAW Car Company, itself a subsidiary of FAW Group.
In 2018, Hongqi officially launched the designing of a luxury coupe, which features Hongqi’s all-new design language. Apart from the new design language, Hongqi also unveiled its new brand logo, which is much more fashionable than the old logo one and will be used in the steering wheel and wheel hub.

In Chinese, hongqi means "red flag", a Communist Chinese cultural symbol.
The design features Chinese culture, with the golden sunflower logo in the middle of the steering wheel symbolizing long life and good luck.
Hongqi’s flag logo (Hongqi translates into red flag) has been designed here as a thin red line that starts from the middle of the bonnet and drops into the grille.
The new logo will be used in the steering wheel and wheel hub.
The Hongqi H9 is a full-size luxury car produced by the FAW Group under the Hongqi marque.
