In 2020, MG Motor India had sold a total of 28,162 units, which included 25,834 units of Hector SUV, 1,243 units of ZS EV and 1,085 units of premium SUV Gloster.

The company competes with the most elite manufacturing companies including Toyota, Ford, Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki, and Ashok Leyland. This has not hindered the brand from becoming 3rd of the best selling especially in India 2020.

The Hyundai Motor Company, commonly known as Hyundai is a South Korean multinational automotive manufacturer. It is one of the best-selling brands in India having sold 423,642 units in 2020 alone.

Hyundai was launched in 1967 and has risen to the top in just those few years. Recently, the car bought 33.88% of Kia shares, and it has also bought two marques. This includes its luxury cars subsidiary, and electric vehicle sub-brand, Ioniq. The three brands altogether, form the Hyundai Motor Group, strengthening its capacity to produce high-quality vehicles.
